This is Sanyo news! The warmth of summer has just arrived, the odd chill that was spring is now gone! We got some strange news for you rumor mongers though. It seems that there is a cherry blossom tree atop the Bubble. All attempts to have it taken down seem to have failed. For now it still seems to be under investigation.
that summer day, those sparkling stars - even now i still remember
For the most part, Noa can come across as quite friendly and sociable, making it easy for her to get along with others - especially for short bursts of time or brief interactions. In her high school years especially she didn't really have any set group of friends she hung out with, but floated around and was generally liked, other than the few people she more irrevocably butted heads with who didn't appreciate her capricious ways.
As an adult, she doesn't care much for expanding her small social circles, but can be amicable and even outright sisterly towards others given the right circumstances. Working part-time at her families flower shop, Kitsune no Yomeiri, has afforded her some interesting connections with the occasional hired-in co-worker, or customers. Likewise, she's also seen frequenting the Star District as a student of Kanoko University, and can often be seen killing time shopping at the Bubble or lbar-hopping with classmates late night.
If she catches scent of any sort of weakness or anything in general that she can playfully tease someone about, it's pretty likely that she will, though rarely out of genuine meanspiritedness - but generally, is actually her showing signs of interest and opening up. While she has an issue with being too prideful at times, if she can work up a good rapport with someone that balances playful teasing and genuinely looking out for one another, chances are you'll become much more memorable in her book.
She does also have a certain fondness for strays, and will fiercely look out for those she's accepted into her life - though likely not without a few sharp words.
Despite sometimes having a thorny, or even cold aura, Noa generally doesn't go out of her way to really rub people the wrong way. Likewise, she herself isn't easily offended, but can be somewhat critical of people who embody traits that she herself suppresses or desires to act on.
She does, indeed, enjoy teasing folks at times however, or getting a rise out of them, so it's certainly no small stretch to say she could make an enemy or two. In high school, there were some who did not take kindly to the way she frivolously moved from one interest, or group of friends, to the next, and saw it as disloyalty or lack of true care. Whether that's right or wrong matters little, and depending on her mood or how much she does actually care, she may or may not seek to amend the situation.
She won't generally back down from a fight, verbal or physical, but if she thinks it's foolish or beneath her, she's more likely to hand-wave the whole thing.
Despite being a romantic at heart, Noa is more than a little jaded on the idea of 'true love'. As of now, she's pretty open and even at times outright flirtatious, but she doesn't usually seem to mean anything by her implications unless she finds herself on the same wavelength as the other party in question. In such a case, flirtations could in theory develop into friendly dalliances, but by and large she doesn't seek out such relations. Getting her to open up to a deeper and more intimate bond would likely take time and patience to reassure her, both in words and actions (even by simply 'being there') that the relationship has meaning.
While she has the most experience with men, she's bi.
